Today Miss Slater brought in a microscope (from the science room) to look up close at our monarch caterpillars. We looked up close at some funny things first like our hair, eyebrows, skin, freckles, nails and birthmarks. Some things looked 'interesting' up close!
After that we had a good look at our caterpillars, the chrysalis, the swan plant leaves and the caterpillar droppings. Even the caterpillars looked a bit gross up close, it was sooo fun looking at everything!
